I woke up on Christmas morning with a sore throat and cold symptoms which got worse during the day. With a headache, nausea diahorrea and pain in my left side. It got so bad I had to leave a family party. I had a flu jab in early December so I thought I was immune from flu. But I suppose not from the common cold. I imagine I should just keep taking paracetamol.and stay in bed!!?
I am rather disappointed that the flu jab did not give me the protection I hoped for,

In the past the receptionist could see people waiting, now they can't. I waited 5 minutes to speak to the receptionist - because the check-in machine didn't work.
No apology.
This is a great step back from the friendly surgery I knew in the past.
Suggest receptionist station at counter and course in people skills.
I've been a patient for years.
Time of complaint 10.50.

The visit to the nurses was perfect. I couldn't think of any way ti improve the service.
