I woke up on Christmas morning with a sore throat and cold symptoms which got worse during the day. With a headache, nausea diahorrea and pain in my left side. It got so bad I had to leave a family party. I had a flu jab in early December so I thought I was immune from flu. But I suppose not from the common cold. I imagine I should just keep taking paracetamol.and stay in bed!!?
I am rather disappointed that the flu jab did not give me the protection I hoped for,
