I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Kate at both Brockham surgery with my daughter's pre school booster and with myself at North Holmwood surgery with my flu jab. She was speedy but in a good way- professional and a total expert at giving injections! Made the whole experience as enjoyable as it could be! What a lovely lady.

i cant believe over 3 sites the practice do not run a non smoking clinic , for people that work full time the appointment are very scarce even if you have a long term illness that you need to see a doctor on a regular basis , i have been with the surgery 48 years and never known it so bad

Everyone was very helpful especially Dr Bragg's who has always had a lot of patient with me and has explained everything and helped me with my last 3 operation in under 3 years. She has always given me the confidence that I lack. I appreciate everyone in the practice we are very lucky in North Holmwood also I appreciate the pharmacy.

Came in 8.30 am. Receptionist helpful and explained what I needed to do. She rang me at home later that morning and explained further. Cystitis didn't need to see GP.
