In the past the receptionist could see people waiting, now they can't. I waited 5 minutes to speak to the receptionist - because the check-in machine didn't work. No apology. This is a great step back from the friendly surgery I knew in the past. Suggest receptionist station at counter and course in people skills. I've been a patient for years. Time of complaint 10.50.
