I am trying to use the message service to the surgery which seems available to do, and once I have my message ready to send, I press the send button and the screen returns to the log screen saying I am expired. going round in an infinite circle.
this is clearly not working correctly and seems to be the only possible way of contacting the surgery to get some action for my issues.
have to hang on the phone for at least ten minutes to get a response
The staff was very kind and helpful
This was my experience yesterday, I went to have my ears checked which they were, one ear was found to be blocked with wax which was dealt with during the appointment. Couldn't be happier with the result, nurse was very professional, friendly and helpful, thanks.
I filled up the triage form on Monday only to find out the system was down I then phoned the surgery to be told all appointments were full I then contacted 111 who advised me to make a 24hr appt back on the phone again to be told the next day I would have to fill in another triage form when I eventually got to the surgery the doctor I saw was excellent. Hardly a great system
