I filled up the triage form on Monday only to find out the system was down I then phoned the surgery to be told all appointments were full I then contacted 111 who advised me to make a 24hr appt back on the phone again to be told the next day I would have to fill in another triage form when I eventually got to the surgery the doctor I saw was excellent. Hardly a great system

Suggested improvements
The appointment system definitely needs rethinking. Personally I preferred the old way of getting an appointment where you turned up first thing in the. Morning
