I could not initially get an appointment but they called me back with an appointment.

I would like to be able to book a non urgent appointment in the future to discuss some issues I have. I'm not sure if this is possible.

What ever answer I give about how an appointment has to be made with regard to the style of system you have, you will always just reply with, that is the way we do it nowadays. Therefore, it is not worth commenting on.

I have always found the service very good at North Brink surgery. I have found the triage service works well and I have always managed to speak to or see someone to my satisfaction.

I used the triage process in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon. You can't get much better than that. Everybody I came in contact with (i.e. the junior doctor and then the receptionist) were incredibly friendly and helpful and I left feeling that it had been a very good experience.

On this occasion, there wasn't anything which you could have done better.
