Been with this surgery for years. Dr Mannis was great. When he left it all went downhill. Can't get an appointment to fit round work, receptionists are rude. I need regular injections that used to be a literal 3 minute appointment, now i need to wait 2 days for a Dr to sign of on an email so it can be sent to another surgery for me to get my jab, wtf I'm not even sure what's going on in there anymore. It's a total shambles.

Do a total clear out of management and start again. This is ridiculous.

Very difficult to get an appointment, constant changes in Dr's never see the same GP twice, very limited on line appointment booking 08.00 10.00am On-line , constant changes, , require user name and password, ID and link ???? Takes days to send prescriptions to local Chemist. Have been a patient for around 40-years.... now the worse it has ever been. Hate to complain about GP's and the service as my wife was a nurse and my daughter is a nurse, however its just getting ridiculous now. I will now have to visit the surgery to find out what an ID number and link number is.

Very difficult to get an appointment. Don’t accommodate around your work, despite being told that the gp always tries to fit an appointment around your work. When I ask for other availabile times for a gp appointment, the receptionist’s get snappy.

Improve staff training/attitude for patients.

Fantastic experience with Murray Surgery. Their ANP Amy is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate and a credit to the surgery. The entire reception/admin team are also some of the friendliest you'll ever find! The online forms are so convenient and I don't think I ever waited more than 24-48 hours for a callback - the entire practice is incredibly efficient.

This surgery has gone above and beyond for me. The reception staff are amazing and very attentive. All of the team that I have dealt with have been exceptional in spite of extremely difficult circumstances. I feel like they really do care about their patients and work tirelessly to provide an excellent service, for which I am most grateful.

I can think of nothing that could be done better.
