Very difficult to get an appointment.
Don’t accommodate around your work, despite being told that the gp always tries to fit an appointment around your work.
When I ask for other availabile times for a gp appointment, the receptionist’s get snappy.
Suggested improvements
Improve staff training/attitude for patients.
