Excellent improvements in waiting times and ease of appointment booking. Walk-in Clinics are very useful also. Other services available ie blood tests, etc appointments also easy to obtain with nurses and Nurse Practictioner.

Doctors Reddy and Sree are both courteous, polite and very helpful and their manner is very encouraging. Have always been satisfied with their findings.

We were 28 years at our previous surgery and our GP was brilliant. However, getting an appointment became a nightmare, either queuing at 7.30 am outside or repeat dialing at 8.00 am until you got through, possibly to be told there were no appointments left. We moved to Mockett's Wood surgery in June and can't believe how good it is. It's great to be able to book appointments on-line and make repeat prescription requests on our smartphones. Also the walk-in surgery on Monday and Friday gives you an opportunity to see a doctor at short notice if you need to. Oh and the Grandchildren love the fish tank!

Receptionists vary greatly from the very helpful and pleasant to can't be bothered! It is now easier to get an appointment due to the walk in clinics relieving the pressure on the phone. The Surgery is clean but sometimes there is a rather unpleasant smell on entering. The doctors are generally very patient and helpful. Sometimes it can take too long to get say a certificate signed - my son has had to wait well over a week.

Very clean, welcoming waiting area. Light and bright with up to date magazines to keep you occupied. Nurse had good bedside manner and explained everything clearly and well. Overall, a very good surgery.
