Receptionists vary greatly from the very helpful and pleasant to can't be bothered!
It is now easier to get an appointment due to the walk in clinics relieving the pressure on the phone. The Surgery is clean but sometimes there is a rather unpleasant smell on entering.
The doctors are generally very patient and helpful.
Sometimes it can take too long to get say a certificate signed - my son has had to wait well over a week.
