Satisfaction:
Dr's talk at you or over, pressurising having ten minutes only, four Dr's on the same day can make different decisions on the day, do not care about certain issues, one Dr is rude, things do not get followed up, cannot get appointments, nothing gets explained and do not work with patient, constantly office errors, when your face does not fit the establishment they all start on you making you feel uncomfortable and hoping you will join a new surgery. Been asked by a Dr if I would, medical problems getting not follow through and forgotten. Asking patient how to improve between staff and patient but do not stick to plan and blaming patient, making you feel worthless but a common problem in England in surgeries.Dr's are no Dr's anymore.

Improvement:
Start with basic and stick to it, would help to listen. Dr's should work with patients and they should not make you feel they above the patients.

Satisfaction:
I have found on a number of occasions that the reception team have made errors. This has led to unnecessary issues surrounding care. Having to re book appointments, turning up when not booked in, prescriptions not sent to pharmacies, having to repeat issues again and again on numerous phone calls. The reception team overall appear to let the whole surgery down. I would like to thank the Nurse Marney who had to deal with a reception error so that I could receive my B12 injection. I am proactive and resourceful given my background, but some patients will for varying reasons not have the knowledge or be able to cope with keep dealing with mistakes. I have been able to telephone and email the doctors which can be helpful with certain issues.

Improvement:
https://www.b12deficiency.info/blog/tag/nice-guidelines/ This information would be useful regarding B12 injections and ongoing care for all patients with pernicious anaemia/symptomatic B12 deficiency (those with absorption issues) who are non diet related and cannot take oral supplements.

- Blood test today and all good. - More generally: GP feels more like a point of referrals to other specialists, e.g. no examination for stomach issue.
