We were 28 years at our previous surgery and our GP was brilliant. However, getting an appointment became a nightmare, either queuing at 7.30 am outside or repeat dialing at 8.00 am until you got through, possibly to be told there were no appointments left.
We moved to Mockett's Wood surgery in June and can't believe how good it is. It's great to be able to book appointments on-line and make repeat prescription requests on our smartphones. Also the walk-in surgery on Monday and Friday gives you an opportunity to see a doctor at short notice if you need to. Oh and the Grandchildren love the fish tank!
