Very impressed with the new services on offer at the practice. The various clinics save attending hospital, the walk-in surgeries are a great help when something unexpected happens. The on-line prescription service and appointments diary on the website save time. The doctors are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This was always a practice which put patients first, and I'm pleased to say that this policy has continued. From comparing notes with patients from other practices, I am convinced this is the best in Broadstairs. It is difficult to think of anything that can be done to improve services further, but I am confident that, if the need arises, something will be done.

Fortunately for myself although I joined the surgery 2 years ago, I rarely have to visit. I did visit in the spring as I had a painful hand. I was sent for an xray and had bloods taken very efficiently, returned to the surgery for treatment and following a cortisone injection, the pain subsided. I was told throughout my options, my choices and the diagnosis. The whole treatment was efficient and honest. I also had a problem registering with the surgery online and the Dr phoned me back and went through it step by step with me - I was well impressed!!

My family has been treated by Dr Sree and Dr Reddy for many years. They are both excellent doctors (I'm afraid I don't know Dr Marshall), so much so that we followed them from their previous practice when they moved to Mocketts Wood. They are both extremely caring individuals, managing to be both friendly and professional at the same time. They have helped me, my wife and our two children through a wide range of different health and other related problems over the years. I have always greatly valued the fact they see us as 'real people', and not just as names on a list. The receptionists are also extremely friendly and efficient. As with all doctors' surgeries, it is not always possible to get an appointment whenever you need one. However, the walk-in clinics they operate at the surgery means that you can always just turn up and wait on the days they are held.

I have had excellent care, especially when I changed doctors due to my doctor's retirement. I had a thorough checkover and was referred where it was found necessary. All in all, my experience has been excellent and whenever I have visited the doctor, or nurse, I have come away feeling confident in my care.

As a new patient to the surgery it is very refreshing to see a doctor who interacts with his patients and does not view you as a 10 minute appointment . I have seen Dr Reddy on two occasions and have felt very at ease and confident in his diagnoses and explanation of treatment, also reviewing my repeat prescriptions from a previous practice and changing my inhalers to the correct dosage and type of inhaler suitable for my degree of asthma. I have found reception staff to be very helpful and friendly as were the healthcare assistant and practice nurse. I had blood samples taken at 9 50 am on a friday morning and had a text with the results on by 9am on Monday amazing. I was recommended this surgery by my friend who knew I was wanting to change doctors surgeries. I wish I had known of this surgery 18 months back when I first moved into this area instead of taking pot luck on the previous surgery I was a patient of. I like being able to make an appointment on line and a text will appear on my phone to say my appointment is booked. I like that my doctor actually bothers to read my notes and listens to what I say replies to my question and explains the treatment or prescription being done for me. I like having a female doctor in the practice also. All in all a good experience.
