I find the surgery is convieniently located and easy to access. Use of internet is good to order prescriptions.Sometimes seating in the waiting area is not adequate. Print outs of results of investigaions and treatment allows me to completely understand problems and treatment,also being informed of symptoms and side effects allows moitoring progression (or regression). Staff are willing to answer questions if they are able and try to ensure anyproblems are dealt with effigiently. Everybody I have met so far seems friendly and welcoming.

We particularly like how quick and easy it is to make surgery and home visits by phone. The reception and practice nurses are always friendly and very helpful. Also the use of technology facilitates repeat prescription however this could be extended and improved to allow rapid online appointment booking which is currently rather limited.

This surgery goes beyond expectations, all staff and Doctors are pleasant helpful and caring, look forward to the expansions plans, already we have extra services in place.

I used to see Dr Reddy and Dr Sree at my previous surgery and I thought they were excellent doctors. They moved to Mocketts Wood Surgery around two and a half years ago, but I stayed at my previous surgery. During that time, myself and my husband had never seen the same doctor twice and were unable to establish any kind of patient - doctor relationship. When you have on going health problems, this is important. The previous surgery seemed to have a lot of problems getting regular doctors and was going from bad to worse and we felt very uncared for. We recently changed to Mocketts Wood and the care has been excellent from the first moment we stepped through the door and I am so glad we have moved there. I have not seen Dr Marshall but I do know Dr Reddy and Dr Sree and it was like meeting up with old friends. I would definitely recommend this surgery to others who want to feel cared for. The actual surgery is clean, cheerful, well maintained and staff are warm and friendly and are happy to be there and I cannot think of anything that needs improving, not at the moment anyway.

I find the reception staff very helpful and friendly. Appointments are easy to make, both in person ,by phone and by internet. Walk in Surgeries a great boon. Doctors very approachable.
