Can’t get through on the phone have tried several times to get an appointment for my 13 year old daughter, spent over an hour queuing last week then as I assume it went after 5pm couldn’t get any further. Tried again this afternoon about 4pm and did get through to receptionist who told us to call back in the morning. Really poor service, most of the doctors are good if you can get as far as them.

Put some money into support staff and phone lines

Almost impossible to get through to the practice by telephone. I have tried recently and been told I was 17th in queue to be answered. After hanging on for a few minutes I was told I was 16th in the queue. I could see it was going to take so long to get through that I gave up. I can’t complain about the service if I am lucky enough to get through, but it is most frustrating the lack of access by telephone.

Have extra telephone lines. Most people can’t be having to spend such a long time dialling time after time in the hope of getting an answer.

The receptionist had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude when I asked about something I didn’t know, absolutely disgraceful to treat patients in the way she did, absolutely disappointed in the service I experienced!

I am very pleased with the service the Clinic provides : The doctors are very good and in particular I am very grateful to my doctor for all hospital referals and hee concern for my health. The blood pressure nurse is very caring and helpful. The receptionists and nurses are also always very keen on help. The practice has a very competent Pharmacist and I am very pleased for all the time he dedicate to me in order to monitor my medication. I believe that Lodge Clinic is the best clinic in Coleraine borough .

Receptionist not helpful at all, actually refused to make me an appointment,I was shocked by her attitude and left not knowing what to do, absolutely disgraceful to treat patients in this manner,if I wasn't going in for surgery next week ,would change surgeries.
