Almost impossible to get through to the practice by telephone. I have tried recently and been told I was 17th in queue to be answered. After hanging on for a few minutes I was told I was 16th in the queue. I could see it was going to take so long to get through that I gave up. I can’t complain about the service if I am lucky enough to get through, but it is most frustrating the lack of access by telephone.

Suggested improvements
Have extra telephone lines. Most people can’t be having to spend such a long time dialling time after time in the hope of getting an answer.
