Receptionist could not have been more helpful at old town surgery following a mix up with my appointment.

The self check in at Little Common surgery was used by myself and I sat in the waiting room and should have been at old town surgery. The mistake would have been picked up if I had checked in at reception. It was unfortunate and the receptionist at old town surgery went above and beyond to rebook me an appointment for the same day when I telephoned and explained what had happened.

Telephone calls for appointments are not ideal. I have stood in front of a receptionist and requested this, only to be told go home and ring tomorrow. This is not good. Calling on a Monday morning is a nightmare.

No Pam persevered with difficult removal of ear wax. Brilliant nurse.
