Telephone calls for appointments are not ideal. I have stood in front of a receptionist and requested this, only to be told go home and ring tomorrow.
This is not good.
Calling on a Monday morning is a nightmare.
Suggested improvements
No Pam persevered with difficult removal of ear wax. Brilliant nurse.
