Not only did I get seen early but the nurse was delightful, helpful and very encouraging . No problems with giving me my annual MOT and bloods taken too . Results were back early for me to view too.. Extremely Happy with the care and attention .

By telephone can mean there may be many people in the queue. My experience has been 15!! Being at the surgery can be much easier.

The carpet in reception desperately needs either cleaning or replacing. If someone was judging the cleanliness of the practice overall, it could give a bad impression?
