Old Town surgery is the best practice I have ever been with (aged 68 and lived in Lancashire, London, West Midlands). Medically could not be better - from reception to practice nurses and doctors. The building is showing it's age but that is the only criticism I can think of.

I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received from this surgery. The receptionist always try to get you a suitable appointment time and I have never had any trouble being seen if something is urgent. I feel confident in the Dr's and staff at the practice. I would like more privacy at the reception desk though.

We have been patients at Little Common Surgery for sixteen years. Our GP is Doctor Bhaskaran. He is an excellent GP with good care and empathy. The Little Common Surgery is a very busy practise though we always seem able to have an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The online appointment system works well in addition to telephone request. The receptionists though extremely busy always do their best to help. In conclusion we are grateful for being patients of Little Common Surgery.
