Nothing has changed since whoever left the last review in 2021. January 2024 Tried and tried to get an appointment, was told no appointments available try again tomorrow, finally given appointment in February at moatfield surgery To be told I needed to go to East surrey hospital straight away, as I had suffered from a STROKE. Judges close wouldn't even be any good as a undertakers.

GET SOME DOCTORS THERE OR CLOSE IT DOWN!!!

What has happened to judges close surgery, i have been a patient here all my life, i have never had such a bad service, there doesn’t appear to be any staff or doctors dealing with anything, basically got told there installing a new booking system over the next 2 weeks so can’t make any appointments so is the surgery shut. I have spoken to several people who all feel the same. They are not providing a service what are the patients meant to do?

I dont know where to start as you are not providing any service.

When you ring for an appointment it’s either ring back tomorrow or we will ring you and then they don’t ring. when ringing to find out why they haven’t rung you you get told we did .The doctor went home rather than speak to me when i chased why i was not rung and i was adamant i had not had a call even offering to take my phone to the surgery to prove it. Doctor didn’t try both numbers of which I can prove he didn’t ring. Disgusting service. So another worrying night in pain, not knowing if i have an ulcer or if I’m going to lose the sensation in my lower body.

Receptionist should check phone numbers. If the doctor tries ringing and doesn’t get through get staff to double check number off the NHS spine rather than lie and go home and try numbers on your record. Don’t pass me to someone who is going to make the situation worse because it antagonises the problem. If you give approximate time and it does not happen contact the patient. Don’t tell the patient they can use push doctor tonight and the earliest you can get an appointment is 4 days later.

I have always found the receptionists very professional and helpful. I value the way the surgery prioritises the allocation of appointments. So no horror stories of waiting 2/3 weeks for an appointment.

Found the receptionists rude and dismissive. Made booking an appointment rather difficult and wouldn't give me information about my own medical history. I'd advise to go elsewhere.
