Share review of Judges Close Surgery

What has happened to judges close surgery, i have been a patient here all my life, i have never had such a bad service, there doesn’t appear to be any staff or doctors dealing with anything, basically got told there installing a new booking system over the next 2 weeks so can’t make any appointments so is the surgery shut. I have spoken to several people who all feel the same. They are not providing a service what are the patients meant to do?

I dont know where to start as you are not providing any service.
