Doctor Williams and his team carry out a fabulous service for the Heatherside community. I have been a resident in this area for nearly 40 years and have observed how Doctor Williams took over (probably 20 years ago) and vastly improved, and expanded the surgery. He is extremely approachable and patient friendly. Without any reservation I can personally state that the team in Heatherside Surgery carry out their duties in a totally professional manner. On the odd occasion that Dr. Williams has been unavailable I have been seen by his colleagues and enjoyed the same treatment, advise and consultation as I have come to expect and rely on from Dr. Williams.

My husband and I moved to this area just before Dr Williams took over and we noticed great improvements after he set up and expanded the practice. His professionalism and caring attitude is also apparent in all the doctors and support team at Heatherside Surgery . We have friends who recently moved to the area and we recommended that they enrol at Heatherside Surgery. They have been absolutely delighted to receive a much better service than they'd experienced prior to their move. Apparently, their previous GP practice did not have the human touch in reception and they would have to log in via computer, which was of no help to their 90-year-old mother who strives to keep her independence .
