Doctor Williams and his team carry out a fabulous service for the Heatherside community. I have been a resident in this area for nearly 40 years and have observed how Doctor Williams took over (probably 20 years ago) and vastly improved, and expanded the surgery. He is extremely approachable and patient friendly.
Without any reservation I can personally state that the team in Heatherside Surgery carry out their duties in a totally professional manner.
On the odd occasion that Dr. Williams has been unavailable I have been seen by his colleagues and enjoyed the same treatment, advise and consultation as I have come to expect and rely on from Dr. Williams.
