Don't know if I'm just lucky but I never have problems booking appts, whether emergency or planned - particularly liked being able to book planned appts online, so look forward to that being re-launched. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful despite what must sometimes be a pressured environment, nursing staff have been great the few times I've had contact, and the doctors all come across as the right mix of being friendly, thorough and professional. Would like to see an automated check-in system to speed things up. Can't really think of any other improvements!

We are so very lucky in Hazlemere to have this wonderful practice - everyone is so professional in every way from the lovely staff on reception to the doctors and nursing staff. All the doctors my family and I have met in this practice (having lived here for 50+ years) have been wonderful. Kindness, empathy and listening skills are the touchstones of their appointments with their patients. It means a lot to know that the doctor is taking the trouble to listen to what you have to say - furthermore all decisions regarding treatment are patiently and fully explained. Also, the brilliant team of nurses is absolutely first class - so kindly and professional - they are all fantastic - what a grand service they provide to their patients We are truly blessed in Hazlemere with such a fantastic local surgery. Assuming that the same doctors and nurses also work at the practice in Desborough Road, then all patients at that practice are very lucky too. I know from friends and family that our local practice is unique. What more can I say? Thank you for inviting my comments, which I am delighted to submit. The reception have a difficult job but they remain very helpful and kind The blood nurse is the most skilled I have ever had at doing painless blood testing Dr Chaudry is a true family doctor, a dying art nowadays !
