Family have registered for 3 years here. Rarely used, each time always a battle to get an appointment. NHS strained but they seem to entrust the reception staff to diagnose and refer you to get some asprin. There is vetting time wasters but surely if you have never seen the doctors and you ring you should be considered ?!? Lets hope we stay healthy until we can move or my wife can actually register! My wife has called three times and is told she is not registered but all four of us registered on the same day. Each time it was promised it will be sorted, she said don't bother today! she will google it ! It took me 14 months to get a private referral - when received was sorted in 2 weeks. I have sat in the reception for over and hour, the doctor forgot I was there, this is an appointment I waited 4 weeks for. I just walked and paid to see a private doctor. I do not normally complain but I have never experienced such incompetence from any previous NHS surgeries and would not trust my families health here.

Suggested improvements
Allow patients to speak to trained professionals. Your doctors are very busy and over worked accepted, then maybe you should stop accepting patients and allow the NHS to insist on more surgeries are built to support the ever increasing houses in the area. Or is the income and profit to important.

Staff here are wonderful. It's not always easy to get an appointment, but it's evident they are doing their best. Care received is thorough, comprehensive and compassionate. Non-clinical staff are extremely helpful.

Suggested improvements
Video appointments, where appropriate, would be a great improvement.

I have been a patient at Roberts Ride Hazlemere surgery for more than 35 years and have always found it to be very efficiently run and the staff very friendly. In recent times I have heard from others at other surgeries how difficult it can be to make an appointment to see a doctor. I was very pleased today to be able to get an appointment straight away. The surgery became very busy while I was waiting for my appointment, with people with enquiries and other people arriving for their appointments, and the receptionists handled all patients with great care and were very helpful and understanding. Dr Ivanova was very reassuring and friendly. I consider myself very lucky to be a patient at this surgery.

Am a Nurse who works outside Buckinghamshire and would have had to travel many miles for my vaccine. Contacted my surgery and they were very supportive. Thank you Admin and Practice Manager for your support and working to keep us safe xxx
