Don't know if I'm just lucky but I never have problems booking appts, whether emergency or planned - particularly liked being able to book planned appts online, so look forward to that being re-launched.
Reception staff are always friendly and helpful despite what must sometimes be a pressured environment, nursing staff have been great the few times I've had contact, and the doctors all come across as the right mix of being friendly, thorough and professional.
Would like to see an automated check-in system to speed things up. Can't really think of any other improvements!
