We are so very lucky in Hazlemere to have this wonderful practice - everyone is so professional in every way from the lovely staff on reception to the doctors and nursing staff. All the doctors my family and I have met in this practice (having lived here for 50+ years) have been wonderful. Kindness, empathy and listening skills are the touchstones of their appointments with their patients. It means a lot to know that the doctor is taking the trouble to listen to what you have to say - furthermore all decisions regarding treatment are patiently and fully explained. Also, the brilliant team of nurses is absolutely first class - so kindly and professional - they are all fantastic - what a grand service they provide to their patients We are truly blessed in Hazlemere with such a fantastic local surgery. Assuming that the same doctors and nurses also work at the practice in Desborough Road, then all patients at that practice are very lucky too. I know from friends and family that our local practice is unique. What more can I say? Thank you for inviting my comments, which I am delighted to submit.
