20 minutes on the phone to speak to a call centre and the receptionists are so rude and unhelpful. The practice manager should be ashamed of the operation being run by his/her admin team and should resolve it ASAP or hand management to someone who cares.
If you can go to another doctors near you (or further away), do it! You can never get an appointment here and the staff are rude and show no empathy or care what so ever!
I have spent 3 mornings between 1100-1330 trying to get test results - must have been on the phone for over 3 hours in total - just gave up
Appalling why have the service?
Most receptionists very pleasant - one especially will go out of her way to find an answer to a problem. It has to be remembered that they cannot create spaces- if all are taken, it’s maddening , cross making and very worrying and they will usually be able to suggest alternatives .
The telephone system needs updating(please get rid of Vivaldi!!!) and dedicated telephone receptionists but where is funding for that?
The newly decorated waiting room is welcome but PLEASE could we have the children’s table back and lots of lovely magazines?

Really hard to get an appointment over the telephone , always questioned by the receptionist “is it urgent ?”

Never any available appointments for two-three weeks in advance .
Was a great surgery when it first opened real shame
