Most receptionists very pleasant - one especially will go out of her way to find an answer to a problem. It has to be remembered that they cannot create spaces- if all are taken, it’s maddening , cross making and very worrying and they will usually be able to suggest alternatives . The telephone system needs updating(please get rid of Vivaldi!!!) and dedicated telephone receptionists but where is funding for that? The newly decorated waiting room is welcome but PLEASE could we have the children’s table back and lots of lovely magazines? Thank you
