No complaints at all with any of the staff, the surgery is always clean and the waiting area quite comfortable
Shocking system trying to get through over 45 minutes on hold then to be told no appointments very poor system
Good service with the nurse ringing me back on this occasion. And good explanation of my results and treatment available
We have listened to our patient’s feedback and understand it can be frustrating when waiting in a queue on the telephone, we are currently looking at introducing a telephone call back system, we are hoping this will make the process of contacting the surgery easier. Because I’ve been fortunate enough to always get an appointment when needed
Rung to speak with docs about continuing discomfort in chest after 2nd round of covid after 1st almost killed me (Delta).
Told to ring 111 to answer questions then offered ambulance, which wasn't needed to spoke with technician who referred me to walk in.
Went to walk in who referred me back to GP I originally wanted to chat with. But all in all a good service.
The Gp’s and nurses are always helpful. As are the reception team.
