Rung to speak with docs about continuing discomfort in chest after 2nd round of covid after 1st almost killed me (Delta). Told to ring 111 to answer questions then offered ambulance, which wasn't needed to spoke with technician who referred me to walk in. Went to walk in who referred me back to GP I originally wanted to chat with. But all in all a good service.

Suggested improvements
Save the round the houses, more so for patients that don't bother surgery very often.
