I had wonderful care at my appointment..pro-active dialogue about my X-rays and practical help with appointments put in the pipeline for future physiotherapist help with my condition. Excellent.

I booked online but not everyone has this facility. I know its very difficult to phone at opening time and then being in a long queue only to find that all appointments have already been taken. Not good.

Improve the phone appointment system.
