Recent improvements to the telephone system seem to work for me.
There are unfortunately only two options. 1) Make appointment or 2) test results.
Sometimes a patient would like to speak about another item. Bit confusing but I do like the part which tells you of your position in the call list.
Angie, Sharon and Michelle reception are always helpful.
What happened to the list/ photos of the clinicians.
