The service provided is always great but sometimes it can be difficult to get in.

I go to the little surgery in Margretson. Reception staff are always helpful, polite and pleasant. It's clean with lots of information to help people. Only seen one doctor but nurses are very nice. It doesnt feel like your being rushed.

I needed an appointment for a chest infection. I have asthma, I get chest infections, I know exactly when I gave one and how to manage it until I need antibiotics & steroids. There were very few opportunities to contact the Dr over the Christmas holidays. I tried to book an online appointment on Friday 2nd January to find out online booking is no longer available and I have to go through an online triage service. So I did, they said they'd be in touch within 5 days. On Tuesday I had to stay off work as I had an asthma attack in the night, due to my chest infection. On Tuesday I had to do triage AGAIN through a lovely reception. I think eventually had a callback to say i had an appointment at Fairview (a 20 minute drive away) and not until 4:00. So even when I finally got my medication I had missed a full day of already being treated. Utter joke. I still gave the chest infection so will probably have to go through the whole ridiculous rigmarole again on Monday. And then they send me a feedback request where I can see lots of opinions on the amazing online booking system!! Which i was told no longer existed.

Have been worried about using online system to get an appointment but it worked well. All staff always very friendly and helpful.

Agree water station would be nice.

The staff are always friendly & using the online system it’s easy to get an appointment, the Dr listened to what I had to say and booked me in for a scan which I was seen the next day. The Drs, Nurses and all the staff work really hard to get the best results for their patients
