Thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience of using our services. We offer same day acute appointments either face to face or via telephone, continuity appointments are also available, these are made for by the GP. Demand on our services is extremely high. Sheffield also offer additional appointments at evening and weekends at the HUBS across the city.

I booked an appointment for my daughter who was crying from ear pain

The doctors are "googling" the symptoms to find out what's wrong with the patients. No proper examination. For every problem they prescribe paracetamol, if they prascibe anything at all, and nothing else. This is my personal experience with the GP Practice.

I’m lucky enough not to have to contact the doctors often but always feel when I do I am dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff on reception and the doctors are helpful and explain things making it easy to understand.
