You could greatly improve your service if we as patients had better access to a doctor's appointment when needed. Even trying to book an appointment means waiting usually for at least two weeks. Totally unacceptable! Also telling someone they are booked in to see a doctor and on arrival being told you were now going to see a nurse practitioner instead who is not qualified to deal with a long standing health condition is also totally unacceptable. You have a long way to go I'm afraid.

Its really bad you never see a doctor its always a nurse and you can't get a appointment over the phone you have to turn up at 8in the morning really bad place

Having to book an appt on the day you need it is often difficult if you work and unable to phone at 8am. Any later than this and you're unlikely to get an appt. Being unable to future book appointments is ridiculous

Since the surgery has been sold on it's impossible to see a dr. Thats if there is one there to be seen. To be told that nursing practitioners are capable to deal with illness's isn't how I imagined s Dr's surgery to be run. I'm not saying the NP don't know their jobs, but it would be nice to see a Dr now and again. If they are going to treat patients then they should get a Dr's wage.

I'm a worker but can't get a workers appointment. people are now saying that they wanna workers appointment most of them have never done a days work in their life. People should have bring a letter or head note paper from they work or something like this to stop them lazy layabouts getting the workers appointments. You now have ask for emergency appointment, so you can get seen. Iv been trying for 3 mths to get appointment with out success I only get one day of a week. i final got an An appointment the other day but I have to say it was an emergency. Or I would never of been seen. But I'm still waiting for 2 years for my mental health referral with id disgraceful.
