Rang for appointment, told there are'nt any, to ring the next day or come down in the morning, i did exactly that & queued, only by the time i got to see the receptionist, was told there are no more appointments for that day.....the system is a complete shambles, wouldnt recommend them in the slightest & as soon as i can join another practice, i will be doing that.

This practice was one of the best in town with 6 gp'so working you could always get an appointment which is almost impossible at the moment, you ring up when you get through you are told all appointments for the Dr's have gone but you can see a nurse practioner which I have done on 2 occasions recently only to be told I need to see a Dr I finally got an appointment for 2 weeks time only to be told that appointment had been cancelled and had to ring up and make an other appointment. This practice has gone from bad to worse

All the original doctors have left, it's very hard to get an appointment, some of the reception staff are extremely rude!, if I could change doctors I would

Have to phone for 20 mins 2 get appointment. Reception not helpful at all.some have been there 2 long. In a rut. Need 2 have complete rethink on syste.m of appointments.a few stu born know it alls need 2 find other work. They need to realise that they are receptionists.....not doctors.
