You could greatly improve your service if we as patients had better access to a doctor's appointment when needed. Even trying to book an appointment means waiting usually for at least two weeks. Totally unacceptable! Also telling someone they are booked in to see a doctor and on arrival being told you were now going to see a nurse practitioner instead who is not qualified to deal with a long standing health condition is also totally unacceptable. You have a long way to go I'm afraid.
