Have to phone for 20 mins 2 get appointment. Reception not helpful at all.some have been there 2 long. In a rut. Need 2 have complete rethink on syste.m of appointments.a few stu born know it alls need 2 find other work. They need to realise that they are receptionists.....not doctors.

There are not enough permanent Doctors at the surgery. there needs to be more than 3 at all times. You have enough treatment rooms to accommodate them so more patients can be seen instead of getting more frustrated because they can't get to see a Dr. I don't mind seeing a Nursing Practitioner some times, but it would be nice to see a Dr.

This afternoon I rang up at 2pm to request an appointment and then tried for over an hour each time just getting the engaged tone in total I rang 95 times without any joy..Rhis is not a first time of this happening. They say to ring at 8 am for morning appointments and 2 pm for afternoons,All very good if you get through and accutally speak to someone instead of hearing the engaged tone then when you finally do get through to be told there are no available appointments for that day,This surgery and the staff are a complete disgrace, something needs to be done asap

I can never get an appointment I have a few things I need to see the doctor about which are causing me pain and was due a review for my meds a while ago which is for my mental health, so I have given up even trying to get an appointment now complete waste of time so il just have to suffer

Worst doctors I have ever dealt with. I work full time and trying to get an appointment in my break time, well why do I even bother. The way appointments are booked is stupid. Wanted an afternoon appointment, was told to ring back at 2 to book one, phone again at 2, get through 10 minutes later to be told 'there's no appointments left' will the place ever improve? Probably not. Disgraceful doctors!!
