Have to phone for 20 mins 2 get appointment. Reception not helpful at all.some have been there 2 long. In a rut. Need 2 have complete rethink on syste.m of appointments.a few stu born know it alls need 2 find other work. They need to realise that they are receptionists.....not doctors.
