Dr. Williams seems to take all possible steps to avoid seeing a patient , (easier to obtain an audience with the Pope) , in my case when suffering with a fluctuating heart rate was graced with a telephone conversation in which he was aggressive and truculent , telling me at one stage that the problem was caused by my anxiety, and eventually being told to go to A&E since they were open 24 hours a day. He seemed to have no appreciation of just how worrying the experience was for me.

I would echo totally the previous review. My experiences with the senior physician have been equally dire.

Attend to my concerns and perhaps diagnose my condition by giving me an ECG

Dr Williams has a great deal to learn about patient dignity and respect. His attitude towards patients filters through to other staff. It may even be too late for him to change. It is a shame as he seems to be oblivious of his behaviours on others, some of whom are vulnerable and in need. The complaint process alone will not change this culture. People are too worried about speaking their mind. The new practice name is Aman Tawe Partnership
