Dr Williams has a great deal to learn about patient dignity and respect.
His attitude towards patients filters through to other staff. It may even be too late for him to change. It is a shame as he seems to be oblivious of his behaviours on others, some of whom are vulnerable and in need. The complaint process alone will not change this culture. People are too worried about speaking their mind.
