Dr. Williams seems to take all possible steps to avoid seeing a patient , (easier to obtain an audience with the Pope) , in my case when suffering with a fluctuating heart rate was graced with a telephone conversation in which he was aggressive and truculent , telling me at one stage that the problem was caused by my anxiety, and eventually being told to go to A&E since they were open 24 hours a day. He seemed to have no appreciation of just how worrying the experience was for me.
