Staff excellent and have no real negative remarks. Only sometimes very difficult to make an appointment on day despite phoning at 8am even to see another doctor but much better than other practices I hear about

Since the updated system was installed things seem to have improved and I don't usually have problems getting appointments although seeing the nurses for blood tests etc can involve delays. Everyone involved cares about the patients but this can lead to waiting times of up to 20 minutes or more beyond the appointment time. Difficult to manage as we all like to chat and have a thorough investigation but we all tend to resent others taking longer than their allotted minutes.
