First time for ear microsuction here. Adam is autistic and has learning disability, he was very calm and happy with Dr Moray, who explained things well and kept it simple and easy going. The music in the waiting area was great too

Very professional throughout. Lost a star for the appt process as the time to send an appt request is very limited, otherwise very easy if you have access to the internet and know how to navigate IT systems

Do not restrict the email appt request time and better signpost how to access system from your web front page. Better still make it accessible via the NHS app
