I have always appreciated the service overall - until now! My reason for not recommending the practice is the present system of only booking appointments on a daily basis.

Receptionists are great. Dr Kotekar is very good - understanding & remembers. Don't try to improve.As far as I can see nothing regarding patients is broken.
