The doctor and nurse were kind, informative, and respectful. The receptionists are not always helpful or friendly, but on this occasion they were - including when I rang to say I was delayed in traffic. Re: ease of getting appointments - on this occasion it was a pre-booked routine appointment, but for acute care it's almost impossible to get through on the phone in a morning. The call-back system is good but by the time you speak to someone, all the day's appointments have gone. Insisting on a telephone consultation in the first instance is not always suitable, for example if it's a condition that needs to be looked at in person - and doesn't show up properly on a photo. I don't think it's appropriate to make a proper diagnosis based on this. Now that Covid is less of an issue, I think the surgery should offer more in-person consultations like in the old days.

Suggested improvements
The log-in screen at reception wasn't working, which seems to be a frequent problem.
