From the initial phone call with the receptionist about my concerns, I felt listened to. The doctor dealing with my query was very supportive and very informative. Following some blood tests, the follow up calls were curtious and well explained. In my opinion, a great service from start to finish

I can usually get a telephone consultation if needed Face to face appointments not quite as easy

Maybe a home visit when I couldn’t come to the surgery as in bed feeling poorly might have saved a few days of not being on the correct medication
