Receptionists are always friendly. When I called to make this appointment I got through quickly to a helpful member of your who was able to let me have an appointment that has been released by another patient.

Nothing to ask in terms of my experience.

Not a fan of the phone system as access to the internet can be limited by location when you just need to see somebody . Having said that when you do need help the surgery always finds a way. To help Cheers

I went in person to the surgery shortly after 8am hoping to get maybe a telephone appointment. The receptionist asked if I would mind telling her about my need for an appointment. This I did and she said she'd ring through and see if the Dr would see me while I was there to save returning. I was seen by the Dr in about 10 minutes. I was thoroughly examined by him. I am very grateful to the lovely, professional receptionist and doctor. We keep being told by the media that it's impossible to see a doctor!!

Nothing could have been better for me at that time.

Exceptional treatment. Phoned at 8.00 am - saw Doctor at 8.45 am and treatment for minor procedure booked within the hour. Thank you. Dr Morrey and the team!
