Visiting the surgery is always a positive experience. The Drs listen- important to feel you can explain and be listened to! Receptionists, however busy, are always helpful & friendly. If any problem needs future investigations the appropriate referrals are made: ie. X-rays, physio, operation etc. I am grateful for all the care, medication etc. I have received.

Surgery is good in every way except that it is becoming incredibly difficult to make an appointment by phone especially for working people. It takes around 20 minutes for the phone to be even answered, and that makes it very difficult to make appointments within work hours. If this is due to a shortage of receptionists available, then this a problem that should be resolved with some urgency.
