Surgery is good in every way except that it is becoming incredibly difficult to make an appointment by phone especially for working people. It takes around 20 minutes for the phone to be even answered, and that makes it very difficult to make appointments within work hours. If this is due to a shortage of receptionists available, then this a problem that should be resolved with some urgency.
