I approached my GP with an issue that is still ongoing, and after 2 years all they did was throw pills at me (made me spend £150) and it didn’t even fix my problem. Furthermore, they couldn’t care less about mental health. I was at an all time low and they did absolutely nothing for me. If you are looking for a GP in the area, do not use this one!

I’ve called three days in a row at exactly 8, and not been able to get an appointment. Today I got through straight away no queue and yet again no appointments available somehow! I’ve been told to just go to A&E three times when they don’t know what’s wrong with me. Always running at least half an hour late especially if dr guest is in. Incompetent doctors and awful receptionists!

I have been now living in Chinnor since Feb 8th at which time we contacted the local surgery to register and get our patient records transferred across. So far we have been unsuccessful and our time and the doctors is being wasted due the past records still to date not being available. We have been given all sorts of excuses for what is actually a simple process and someone needs to get this sorted. I was on the PPG at my local surgery and I know the system and it really should not take this amount of time to get our past records as both surgeries are electronic doctor to doctor connected and connected via the Emiss system . I even have Emiss access to my own records so something is wrong, all it takes is a phone call from yourselves to my old surgery to get this sorted, so why in 7 months are we still finding that the doctor still does not have the data to best treat us? This is not good service its poor and needs sorting out.

My husband and I have to make frequent visits to the Chinnor and Princes Risborough surgeries. There is a lot of negative comments regarding various surgeries (friends tell us that they have difficulty getting an appointment etc). The Cross Keys surgery provide such an all embracing treatment of care. The reception staff are exemplary, always friendly, listen and do their utmost to help. All the doctors we have seen are very professional. They listen and are very thorough with their investigation into our illness. Patients are reassured by follow up treatment and this aids receovery. We thoroughly recommend the Cross Keys surgery and feel very fortunate that they are our doctors.

The team at our surgery are fantastic. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. The GP's spend time with each patient and are very thorough. We are so pleased that we have such a wonderful practice in our village.
